Sleepy People Product Trial – Terms & Conditions

Product trials are conducted by Comfy Group Support Services Limited (trading as eBedding / Sleepy People), a company incorporated under the UK Companies Act with registered number 5764800 and registered office at 1st Floor Cloister House Riverside, New Bailey Street, Manchester, England, M3 5FS (“Comfy Group”).

If Comfy Group accepts your submission to participate in the Product Trial, you will be contacted via email. In exchange for participation in the Product Trial, you will receive the product(s) described in Section 2 below. By participating in the Product Trial, you irrevocably and unconditionally agree to the following terms.

1. Product Trial Information

You acknowledge and agree that:

• Comfy Group is conducting a research study by hosting the Product Trial; and
• The purpose of the Product Trial is to evaluate the performance, comfort, and overall user experience of selected sleep products.

2. Products Provided for Trial

If your application to participate in the Product Trial is successful, Comfy Group may provide you with one or more of the following product(s) for trial:

• Snore Cure
• Quantity: 1

(Exact product type and quantity may vary by participant.)

3. Trial Period

The trial period shall commence on [Start Date] and shall end on [End Date] (“Trial Period”). A feedback email/survey at the end of the trial will be provided. You agree to use and evaluate the product(s) throughout the Trial Period and provide feedback as requested by Comfy Group in a timely manner.

4. Participant Obligations

You agree:

• To use the product(s) provided solely for the purposes of the Product Trial and not for resale or any other commercial use.
• To provide honest, accurate, and unbiased feedback on the product(s), including any defects, shortcomings, or suggestions for improvement.
• To follow any reasonable instructions provided by Comfy Group relating to the Product Trial and feedback process.
• To keep confidential any non-public information relating to the product(s) and the Product Trial, and not to disclose such information to any third party without Comfy Group’s prior written consent.

5. General

Participation in the Product Trial is voluntary and subject to availability. Comfy Group reserves the right to withdraw or replace products, amend the Trial Period, or terminate participation at any time.

Should you fail to provide feedback at any or all required stages of the trial, we reserve the right to charge you for the product to the value of the product, as advised in the first trial email. If you choose to terminate the trial, the product must be returned in an unused state.
