Sealy Select Balance Duvet – 10.5 Tog

The duvet is filled with DuPont™ Serica® fibres that imitate the natural qualities of silk. Serica® is wonderfully soft and smooth to the touch, which results in a duvet that cocoons around your body and keeps you relaxed and comfortable throughout the night.

The 10.5 tog Sealy Balance duvet is ideal to use all year round. The duvet is warm, but lightweight and it will help to prevent you from overheating. Our body temperature starts to fall as bed time approaches and retaining a cool temperature through the night will help you to feel more comfortable and stay asleep for longer. This is why tog using the right tog for the right season is so important. Tog ratings help to give an indication of how warm the duvet will be when you are sleeping underneath it, so the higher the tog rating, the warmer you will be. We recommend a low tog for warmer summer months (4.5/7.5 tog) and a higher tog for winter months (13.5/15 tog). Or a 10.5 tog is most suitable for all year round use. However, for optimum sleep you should keep your body at a comfortable temperature and changing togs during seasons will help you to achieve this.
