As a student, it can be all too tempting to pull regular all-nighters and most would happily admit they’re sleep-deprived. Students have so many distractions to contend with that sleep is something which is usually low down on the priority list.
The effects of sleep-deprivation upon learning are shocking, however, and even short term loss of sleep can contribute to forgetfulness, anxiety and impulsive behaviour.
